Shipping destinations:

• We try to ship to as many countries as logistically possible!
• Please refer to our Shipping Advisory for countries affected by shipping suspensions.

Shipping times:

• All orders take 3 to 5 business days to be processed. Please factor this into the shipping timings below.
• Singapore orders may take up to 5 business days to be delivered to you.
• International orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered to you.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Singapore and Malaysia orders over SGD49 will have free shipping.
• International orders to certain countries will have free shipping too. Different minimum orders apply. 
• If free shipping doesn't apply, shipping costs will be charged depending on delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

First-Time Customers:

• If you are new to our site and a first-time user, you may use the code <WELCOME15%> to get 15% off your first purchase. No minimum purchase amount is needed.
